Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Nostril reduction, nasal tip vs. overall revision rhinoplasty (costal cartilage?)

During my first surgery 4 years ago, I had my hump shaved down and ear cartilage used. My side profile improved somewhat, but I really don’t like the front view. A short nose + bulbous nose + a blunt, chunky look + nostrils that show too much from the front, etc... It’s like a total bespoke(?) disaster; My nose also makes my facial impression look dull.

In this case, could it be improved with nostril reduction and nasal tip surgery? Or would I need an overall revision rhinoplasty?! I feel like they’d use septal cartilage or costal cartilage, but somehow that scares me more than ear cartilageㅠ
