Arrived before my consultation, was shown to a room 10 minutes later, then waited there for 30 minutes. The doctor spoke quietly, but the tone seemed insincere. When I said I wanted surgery that would not make the outer corner of my eye close, the doctor said, Then you need to cut it all the way open to the end, which was my second bewildering moment. Why that was necessary, in relation to my eyeball structure or skin issues, should have been explained more specifically
