A few years after my previous surgery, I became concerned because my double-eyelid crease gradually got lower and was barely visible when I opened my eyes T_T. During my revision consultation, they first checked where the existing crease was positioned, and also assessed the strength of my eyelid opening and the degree of skin laxity. They explained that rather than keeping and raising the old crease, it would look more natural to refine the existing crease and create a new one, which made it very easy to understand! On the day of surgery, they confirmed the desired height with me again before proceeding. At first the crease looked pronounced, but it settled naturally as the swelling went down~ Now the crease is moderately visible when I open my eyes, so it is much better than before!
