I was disappointed that a different doctor performed my hair removal at each visit, but since it was simply laser hair removal, I do not think it was a major problem. As I remember, there was no waiting time and booking was easy. I could receive reminder texts or calls in advance, and they accommodated my schedule as much as possible. The staff were kind as well. The facility was clean and comfortable. I completed 10 sessions, the hair-removal effect was good, and I currently continue with a home device.
