I had incisional ptosis correction 4 years ago, but my double-eyelid crease came undone, so I had surgery again. T_T Because of multiple creases, I wondered whether I would need another incisional procedure, but I was told that if I had upper-eyelid fat grafting, natural-adhesion double-eyelid surgery and ptosis correction would be possible. I also had lateral canthoplasty during the revision surgery. There was a little pain only on the day of surgery, but it was fine after taking medication, and I was glad that removing the stitches did not hurt either. It has now been 2 months, and the crease has been neatly refined without any multiple creases.
