Is it too much?” But after 3 weeks passed and it settled naturally, it turned out so natural that I felt embarrassed for having worried! People around me also said it turned out really well, so I’m relieved and happy. For people who had surgery too, I think it’s better not to worry too much until around week 2 and just wait for the swelling to go down over time. For me, when I slept lying down and woke up, the swelling got worse, so when I slept sitting up, the swelling went down faster. It is a bit hard, but for me, sleeping sitting up works best
