Pre-pre It has been 10 days since surgery~ The pain and stiffness were as tolerable as I expected, so I did not take any extra painkillers~ Sleeping sitting up was the hardest~ I felt frustrated because I could not move much, and since I could not sleep on my side either, my lower back hurt a lot~ I slept sitting up until day 5~ Now there is not much discomfort in daily life~ I still feel stiffness when I put in strength~ Before surgery, I did not wear fitted clothes, but now I think I need to do some clothes shopping~ I am just waiting for it to become natural quickly~
