I applied for a remote consultation through the Medup app The consultation was booked for 7 PM the next day (they also kindly wrote it in the customer memo) During the video consultation with the director, they explained various procedure information such as Ultherapy and Thermage, and for the time being I decided on LinearZ and said I would visit in person After the consultation with the director ended, someone from administration? the consultation manager? called directly to confirm the in-person visit schedule
On the in-person visit date, I actually visited the clinic for the procedure After registering at reception with my name, I filled out basic personal information and an information-provision consent form They took photos of my face, then I had another in-person consultation with the director They directly touched my face / skin and, besides the lifting treatment I had applied for, explained various treatments such as filler, Botox, mole removal, and pigmentation care After that, I moved rooms for an in-person consultation with the consultation manager and payment Here, I changed from LinearZ, which I originally planned to do, to 600 shots of Ultherapy What I felt was that the director listed out all the things I needed (as a doctor, strongly recommending that these would improve things), and afterward the consultation manager explained the price, number of sessions, and side effects (to a passing degree) in a very objective-feeling way, so it felt like the roles needed to persuade the customer were well divided After that, I waited in a waiting area? with numbing cream applied There were about 10 beds in a slightly open space, but there was a decent amount of privacy with personal lockers and curtains in between Before applying the numbing cream, it seemed like they also did cleansing for women, and for men they wiped briefly with cotton Even after applying the numbing cream, saying it would help absorption, they rubbed something on my face that looked like an ultrasound machine and felt warm? (I don’t know what it was ㅠ) After that, I moved to a private procedure room, and the director I had consulted with came in again and performed the procedure It was very painful for about 50 minutes ㅠ After the procedure ended, I moved back to the place where the numbing cream had been applied for aftercare They covered my eyes and exposed me to a warm-feeling machine for about 5 minutes, then I came out. They didn’t explain what it was (again, I don’t know what it was ㅠ) After aftercare ended, I went back to reception and received the authenticity certificate
Overall, both the director and the manager were kind, and the clinic facilities were luxurious, so I liked it After the procedure, the actual effect makes me look about 5 years younger, so I’m very satisfied I plan to go again next year ㅎ
