I knew that because my nose was small and low, it couldn’t be raised too much, and when I consulted with the director on the day of surgery, he said the same thing, so I decided to go the safe route, since it’s a much better choice than silicone showing through or having side effects. But now it’s day 4, and even before removing the splint, it doesn’t seem that different from before surgery, so I’m a little disappointedㅠㅠ I was really worried because people here said it gets even lower once the swelling goes down, but they said that if someone didn’t have much swelling from the start, the change wouldn’t be that big, so I felt somewhat relieved. I barely have any swelling right now. I do wonder if the nasal tip is a bit upturned, but they say it needs to be upturned in the beginning so that you’re satisfied later as it comes down, so I’m trying not to worry about it!! Since I haven’t even removed the splint yet, that’s why all sorts of thoughts are coming to me, right?? I’m going to live thinking that I made the safe choice on the path I already chose haha Oh, and they took ear cartilage, so my ear is really swollen. No matter how much I searched posts, there wasn’t much talk about earsㅜㅜ When removing the bandage? on my ear, it hurt more than taking the nasal packing out, and afterward they told me to press it often to stop the ear bleeding, but my ear hurt so much that I did it kind of gently, and some blood pooled up, and a hard blister-like thing formed at the very top of my auricle.. I have a visit tomorrow, but I’m more worried about my ear than my nose because I’m scared something serious happened to it.
