Revision surgery for the purpose of improving before/after feel and shape.
From the consultation, I was told that because I had no existing tissue and my skin was very thin, even if I switched to a full-filling implant, translucency + rippling couldn’t be avoided, so I got fat grafting together too.
This time, after my 2-month follow-up, I got additional fat grafting in the areas where rippling had appeared.
For the first fat grafting, because of the implant, I’m not really sure what went where or what effect it had...ㅎ I think the effect I saw from the first fat grafting was probably that the rippling on the side of my breast isn’t visible. They said the first round mainly went into the side breast area.
This time, I got fat grafting mainly for the rippling around the cleavage area. There wasn’t any pain and I didn’t feel much, but once I got home it felt slightly tingly. A lot of bruising came up.
And I asked them to lift one inframammary fold just a little, so I got surgery on the fold too! The asymmetry of my inframammary folds had originally been severe, so they showed me photos and explained that, compared with before surgery, it wasn’t that the surgery had gone wrong, but I still emphasized that I wanted it raised a bit more, so I had it done. They said the external pinning method is simple but has a high risk of implant damage, so they did it by making an incision and lifting it.
