Before <side view before surgery> After <side view after surgery> I had filler injected over my hump nose, and as time passed it spread and turned into an Avatar-like nasal bridge, so I ended up having surgery. On the day of the consultation, I dissolved the nose filler, scheduled the surgery date, and quickly had the surgery that same week. My nasal bones were wide, so I had osteotomy; the hump area was shaved down, and the nasal tip was raised. For aftercare, I had exfoliation care and a swelling laser treatment. At my follow-up, the director checked and said there would be a lot of swelling around the osteotomy area, but as the swelling goes down, my nose would become much slimmer when viewed from the front~ I was worried the swelling would be no joke since I had osteotomy and even had the hump shaved down.. Strangely, I barely have swelling and even no pain,, So after the surgery ended, I didn’t even get a painkiller injection and came right out~ I think it’s because the director is very skilled and also works quickly that I have no swelling or pain. I don’t know if my review will be helpful to those reading this, but if you are considering surgery, definitely get a consultation. You won’t regret it
