It’s been one month since my nose surgery, please tell me how it looks

I had a short nose from the front and side, and the nasal tip was slightly drooping, plus I hated how blunt it looked, so I thought about it a lot and got philtrum-nose surgery!!! How is it..?? It’s only been one month, so there’s still some swelling, but from the start I wanted a more dramatic look, so I mainly looked into clinics known for dramatic results and had it done at a plastic surgery clinic. I’m really satisfied Until the splint came off, it felt a bit stuffy and sleeping at night was a little hard, but after the splint was removed, there was nothing uncomfortable. I also had some scar tissue at the nasal tip and a bit of a bulbous nose, so I had the surgery with autologous costal cartilage!! I think it’ll be okay once a bit more swelling goes down from here, what do you think? I wanted to have a slightly more luxurious vibe, and after getting philtrum-nose surgery, I feel like my overall facial image and atmosphere changed too, so it really feels refreshing I just hope the nasal tip doesn’t droop from here and only the swelling goes down
