I went for a consultation for a bulbous nose, and the director consulted with me very confidently. They seemed to take pride in using no implants. They recommended nostril reduction with a full incision and open-type nasal tip refinement, and emphasized that correcting the nasal tip without implants is a highly difficult technique. The consultant was also kind and explained the costs. However, what bothered me was that many of the case photos they showed had asymmetry, and the director also said that I would have to accept a little asymmetry ㅠㅠ They also honestly said that scarring can’t really be avoided. And the price being close to 5 million won is a bit of a concern. Other places are in the 3 million won range even when using septal cartilage… I’m conflicted in many ways. The director specifically hinted that if other places tell me to use septal cartilage, I shouldn’t do it, but every other place recommended septal cartilage, so I’m even more conflicted ㅠㅠㅠ Still, I trusted them more because the director explained the aesthetic conditions of the nose, such as the nasolabial angle, columella position, and nostril shape, during the consultation.
