My original nose was short, low, and upturned, but Dr. Lee Ji-sung, the chief director, fixed everything for me. Since it was revision surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone. Up to day 3 after surgery, it was uncomfortable because of the cotton packing, but once it was removed, I felt like I could finally live. I wanted a straight male nose, and he made it long and defined.
