It was my first consultation ever for facial contouring, so I went in with expectations, but it was the worst. The director just seemed insanely busy, and had the consultation even been 10 minutes? A surgery-room nurse came in during the consultation to look for the director? lolololol The consultation with the manager was not great either... Frankly, it’s not like I’ve only had one or two plastic surgeries, and these days even people who don’t know much about general plastic surgery can find this stuff by searching. They didn’t tell me anything about aftercare either, so when I asked what they had, they said there was something good called Lux and kept overexplaining it. So I asked, “Is SmartLux all there is? Is there no radiofrequency?” and only then did they say they do have the device, but they can’t do it because there’s no nurse lolololololol I didn’t like the consultation either, but the price was so cheap that I was thinking I should consider it. Then they kept telling me to put down a deposit, and I didn’t want to argue, so I just paid and left, but I’m going to cancel it first thing tomorrow. There’s a lot I didn’t write down, but I absolutely do not recommend it.
