Revision surgery with ear cartilage

It’s a revision surgery for a slightly bulbous nose, and since the existing septal cartilage is firmly fixed well, we’re leaving it as is, and I decided to revise the nasal tip with ear cartilage. I’m getting revision surgery because I didn’t like the frontal effect from the previous surgery ㅠㅠㅠ In my first surgery, the nasal tip also drooped... But I heard that even with ear cartilage, if the surgery is done well so that the nasal tip droops as little as possible, it can be maintained well, so I’m really torn about whether it’s right to do the revision again with ear cartilage ㅠㅠ What do you all think? ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ + The director said there’s no need to use rib cartilage ㅠ
