13 years ago, when I was 20 and didn't know anything, I had septum surgery at a local hospital, and at the ENT clinic I also got cosmetic surgery with Gore-Tex for my nose that had a slight hump. But it's thick and high from between the eyebrows, and the nasal tip line doesn't go up and droops, giving me a masculine impression. Rather, after the surgery my image became worse, so I've been stressed. How does it look to you all? Please give me some advice.
