Not an ad!! I paid for it myself. Posting my one-year review 😊❤️ Those who saw my earlier post may know, but there may also be people seeing this for the first time, so I will write a brief summary! I had my first surgery at a hospital in northern Seoul in March 2015. As time passed, I developed Baker grade III capsular contracture on the left and implant rupture on the right, so I ultimately had revision surgery in September 2025. My earlier post explains the situation in detail! It has already been one year since my revision surgery lol. Time really flies…🥹 To give the conclusion first, I am currently extremely satisfied overall with the shape, feel, and even the scars ❤️❤️ Especially because the left side was the side with severe capsular contracture, it felt slightly more uncomfortable than the right for a while after surgery. It was not exactly painful, but more like a pulling sensation? Something mildly bothersome. It gradually improved over time, and now, at one year, the discomfort has truly decreased markedly. Now I have no problems at all in daily life and am doing well comfortably 😊 I love the shape when getting dressed or looking in the mirror, and people around me are going wild saying it is really pretty lol. Every time I look, I feel that I truly did well to have revision surgery ♥️♥️♥️ I was also quietly worried about the underarm incision scars. Since it was revision surgery, I was concerned the scars would be darker, but I received scar treatment twice in total, in April and June 2026! The scar treatment was not painful at all, contrary to what I expected. Above all, Doctor A personally performed all of it. Rather than just briefly looking and ending the visit, Doctor A carefully checked the scar condition and treated it personally every time, which I was truly grateful for. Personally, I am extremely, extremely satisfied with how the scars look now!! The underarm incision scars have settled much more cleanly than I expected, so I barely feel stressed about them anymore 😊 I am truly very satisfied with this. Whenever I visit the clinic, I also feel that the staff and coordinators are always kind. Whether I go for a follow-up or scar treatment, they take care of every detail and seem attentive even to small things, so I feel good every time I go. And Doctor A is so, so, so, so……truly, really, incredibly thankful… No, not thankful, but gratitude lol. Seriously, truly the best!!!!! A real lifesaver ❤️ Doctor A is so funny when speaking lol. I normally get a little nervous when going to a clinic, but Doctor A is so friendly and entertaining that the tension quickly goes away. At the same time, Doctor A is truly meticulous during follow-ups, which gave me a lot of trust. After experiencing both contracture and rupture following my first surgery, I honestly had so many worries about revision surgery. I kept thinking, I hope this lasts a long time without issues this time; what if I get contracture again? But I have been living comfortably for a year now without major problems and am also very satisfied with the shape, so I feel deeply grateful. For me, more than simply having a pretty shape, what mattered was: the previously contracted side becoming comfortable, not having discomfort in daily life, natural symmetry between the two sides, and underarm incision scars settling cleanly. So far, I am satisfied with all of it 🥰 Of course, everyone has a different starting condition and recovery pace, so my review is not necessarily the answer for everyone. Still, I hope it can be of some help to those deliberating over revision surgery because of contracture or rupture, like I was! In October, I plan to have my one-year follow-up and an ultrasound as well. After checking the ultrasound and the internal condition, I will post another review 😊 So far, I have truly been doing very well and am extremely satisfied ❤️ I am so grateful to Doctor A at [Clinic A], who performed the surgery beautifully and has continued to carefully monitor everything from my postoperative progress to my scars, as well as the coordinators and staff who kindly take care of me at every visit 🙏🏻💕 Perhaps because I went through so much emotional hardship due to contracture and rupture, simply living comfortably now without any problems feels wonderful, and I am even more satisfied because the shape is pretty too 🥹❤️ Extremely satisfied through the first year!!! ♥️♥️♥️ I will come back with another review after the ultrasound in October 😊🫶🏻
