It has been one year since my cheekbone revision surgery. Honestly, when I had my first surgery, I never imagined I would end up having revision surgery. I put a lot of thought into facial contouring and researched many clinics, but although my chin came out pointed, my 45-degree cheekbones and front and side cheekbones were so prominent that my face looked like an onion. T_T I seriously began deliberating over revision surgery, but it was truly not easy. Even after visiting clinics, surgeons said the effect would be minimal. Then I found this place while looking into revision reviews, and the before-and-after difference was greater than I expected, so I went for a consultation.
I had many concerns, but the surgeon pinpointed them exactly. Because the surgical method was different from other facial-contouring clinics, I initially found it fascinating and frightening. I deliberated for several months after the consultation, but this was also the place where the surgeon said there would definitely be an effect, and the revision results for cheekbones seemed good, so I chose it.
I was extremely nervous on the day of surgery, but once it was over, it passed in a blur. Of course there was swelling. At first, my face was so puffy that I wondered whether this was right, but once you get through the difficult recovery process, it feels manageable. My cheekbone line began to appear clearly around months 5–6. Time really is the best medicine. Now I think I did well to have revision surgery, and I wonder whether I could have achieved this result with ordinary cheekbone contouring surgery.
My formerly onion-shaped face now has much softer facial lines, and the sense of looking wide from the front has decreased. Honestly, I am more satisfied than I expected. Haha. People around me ask whether I had another surgery, and one year later I am very satisfied. But it is a surgery I do not think I could undergo again if I went back; it was revision surgery, and the recovery was very difficult. T_T I recommend considering this surgery at least once if you want a dramatic cheekbone change. The results are definitely effective....
