I tried Botox in the nasal alar area and cheekbone area. I was bothered because my nasal alae widened and the muscles around my cheekbones moved a lot whenever I smiled or made expressions. The procedure ended faster than I expected, and it only stung when injected, so it was not very painful. Immediately afterward, the injection sites felt slightly sore, but not enough to interfere with daily life. The effect was not immediate; I gradually noticed it after a few days. Rather than feeling that my nasal alae or cheekbones became dramatically smaller, it seems the movement when making expressions has decreased a little and everything looks slightly more refined overall. It was not a dramatic change, but it changed naturally, so personally I was reasonably satisfied. It seems like a procedure that is easy to try without much burden.
