Cheekbone reduction + pinless jaw surgery (no osteotomy, bone shaving). At my three-year consultation, they did not recommend unnecessary surgery. I ultimately also had the jaw done because I thought it would be good to do them together, and I am satisfied. While researching, I saw that they are good at jawlines but that the cheekbone results are not dramatic. One side cheekbone feels slightly less reduced; when I mentioned it during follow-up, they said it was unavoidable because of my skull shape and that they had reduced it as much as possible. There are some disappointing points, but overall the contour is refined...
