As my dad got older, the skin below his eyebrows drooped a lot and increasingly covered his upper eyelids. He said it was just what happens with age, but to me it looked like opening his eyes had become more uncomfortable than before, so I looked into surgery. A friend happened to recommend [Clinic A] for parents’ surgery, so I took my dad there for a consultation. Since he is in his 70s, I was naturally worried about the surgery itself and asked a great many questions, but they kindly explained each one. They gave detailed guidance on the brow lift method and postoperative care, and after hearing the explanation, it seemed like exactly the right surgery for my dad. [Doctor A] carefully checked his age and degree of skin drooping, and the coordinator explained the consultation very well. The front-desk staff also kept looking after him, including offering coffee, when he was being guided, so I felt at ease as his caregiver 😊 During recovery, I took care of him by his side, but I was grateful that the clinic responded quickly too. Currently, his eyes do not look forcibly enlarged; only the drooping part of his original eyes has been neatly corrected ^^ Dad tries not to show it, but says opening his eyes is much more comfortable than before and that his eye area seems younger than his friends’, and seeing how pleased he is makes me wish I had arranged it sooner. Surgery for parents makes me much more concerned than choosing a clinic for myself, but [Clinic A] took careful care of everything from consultation through postoperative progress, so I was satisfied. Every visit, they explained things slowly to Dad and kept me, his caregiver, well informed about his condition, which I appreciated. I visited on a friend’s recommendation, and I think I understand why it was recommended for parents’ surgery ^^ The result is natural, and I was satisfied with the clinic’s response and postoperative care too, so I’m leaving this review 👍
