Successful revision eye surgery after one failed attempt (including clinic tips)

I had ptosis correction once, but it failed. My left eyelid was very thick and dark, covering a lot of my eye; it was uncomfortable when opening my eyes, and I also had asymmetry, so I had ptosis correction. It was incisional then too, but my left eye was not corrected. I thought it was swelling, you know? But even after two years, it was the same.... lol. It definitely was not swelling; the surgery had simply failed... lol. So I started looking into revision surgery... haha.... There is something I felt strongly after my first surgery. If, from the consultation onward, a place seems to neglect people and gives you an uneasy feeling, leave—regardless of good reviews or the surgeon's career credentials. Since people perform surgery, it can go well or not, but at places like that, nine times out of ten, if surgery happens to go wrong, they evade responsibility and neglect you. After learning this firsthand, I checked everything very carefully while consulting around. Overall, [Clinic A] had the best consultation, so I decided on it. I had it done by [Doctor A], the director, and the consultation was reasonably good; the staff and consultant took exceptionally good care of me. I know there are not as many clinics like this as one might think, so the decision was not difficult. This time, I asked for correction of my asymmetrical eyes and, if possible, a slightly puppy-like look; I said I was not expecting too much. But this seems beyond my expectations? I will attach both a lightly made-up photo and one without makeup. My asymmetrical eyes were resolved, and the double-eyelid line is pretty.... I have not had many surgeries, but from the perspective of someone whose surgery went terribly wrong once, I truly think that uneasy feeling I mentioned above is important. And if the consultant or staff are extremely kind, consider the place even if the surgeon's consultation is not great. Talking and operating can be different, and places with staff training this good tend to do well.
