I had surgery before because of my bulbous nose too, but what’s the point of surgery when it still isn’t corrected? I was going crazy even trying to live while turning a blind eye to it, so I got on the revision train. I searched through [Clinic A], [Clinic B], [Clinic C], and every café and other resource I could find, and ultimately went to a place called a mecca for bulbous noses. A nose is about personal satisfaction, right?? I’m kind of like that lol. First of all, it creates a shadow on the nose... so it looks higher, which I like haha. What I realized this time is that the nasal tip seems especially important for a bulbous nose. You know, the rib cartilage—they raised my nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, and it’s incomparably firmer than my first surgery. Maybe that’s why the spread-out appearance has decreased a lot. It was a clinic focused on nasal revisions, so they were able to harvest upper rib cartilage. If everyone here wants to get their nose done properly, it would be good to ask about things like this during the consultation, right????? If a doctor says they can use upper rib cartilage, they’re unquestionably skilled. If they speak vaguely or seem to avoid the question, hear their reason, and if it isn’t convincing, you should deliberate a bit, right? Haven’t I just shared a trade secret for screening clinics? I don’t know haha. It’s been a while since I wrote something like this, so I got a little excited. So much unnecessary detail... haha, sorry. Ask if you’re curious about anything else, and everyone, fighting!!!!
