It has been a little over a month since the removal. During my first surgery, it was made insanely high, and my nose became completely different from my original nose. I had the silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage all removed, and had cartilage rearrangement done, but my nasal tip is much higher than my original nose. I asked them not to place the rearranged cartilage too high. I want it to become lower and closer to my original nose—will it get much lower than it is now after a few months?
