It has been a little over a month since my abdominal liposuction, so I am now entering week five. Until week four, my abdomen felt hard and lumpy whenever I touched it, as if there were rocks inside. I was a little scared, thinking, “This will not all turn into my own fat, right?” lol But as I entered week five, it became a little itchy and sore, and I could feel my abdomen gradually getting softer! As the clinic instructed, I gently massaged my abdomen during warm showers and took some walks. The lumps really loosened up, and my waist circumference feels even smaller. The most amazing part is that I wore slacks that used to fit tightly at the waist and that I wore while holding my breath. Now, even when breathing comfortably, I can fit three fingers into the waistband... Since the lower-abdominal fullness is gone, clothes fit completely differently T_T There are many people in this community asking when the hardened swelling after abdominal liposuction will resolve, but it definitely gets softer after week five, so do not be too impatient!
