This Is What My Arms Look Like 2 Months After Fat-Dissolving Injections… Even My Husband Noticed (Late 40s)

It has been 2 months lol. Before the procedure, what I was most curious about was, “What does it really look like after 2 months?” So this is my review. Honestly, compared with last week, it is only becoming refined very subtly. Maybe because of my age and because my upper arms were not originally muscular, it seems to take more time for loose skin to tighten up. But when I lower my arms, they look like they drop straight down at a right angle from my shoulders!! Once the back contour gets a little more refined, it will be perfect. And this is the real deal: I am most satisfied when my arms are down lol. When I lower them, those former “wings” (the flesh that bulged out to the sides) do not show, so my upper body definitely looks less bulky haha. Speaking of clothes, I used to never even buy very short sleeves or clothes with tight upper-arm sleeves. But now, if I wear a sleeveless top and do not spread my arms to the sides like wings, I definitely look slimmer lol. The change is most noticeable in sleeveless tops. The reactions around me are funny: friends are one thing, but even my husband, who is usually incredibly oblivious, is making a fuss, saying, “Why do you look so slim? Your clothes look different on you.” 😳 I only refined one arm area, but it makes me feel like continuing self-care when others notice first. What about swelling and hardness? The swelling has gone down a lot, and there is almost no hard lumping left. I have no pain at all now, and arm movement feels completely natural. At about 2 months, you can consider there to be no inconvenience in daily life. I also tried CoreSculpt for skin-firmness care, and honestly, I do wish I had a little more firmness T_T. My amount of fat and age are probably factors. But rather than leaving the areas where fat was removed as they are, combining it with care is definitely better. Reducing volume while also improving firmness feels helpful for refining the contour. One travel note: this Sunday and Monday, I went to Fukuoka with my older sister, and even though it rained, we shopped, visited good restaurants, and walked a ton lol. It is easy to let all your self-care go while traveling, but this time I felt that just walking a lot and staying active helped maintain my contour. Eating well and enjoying myself while continuing to move my body—that is my own maintenance secret. Summary: - The front and back contours are gradually becoming refined; loose skin takes longer. - When my arms are down, the wings do not show, so my upper body looks less bulky (my favorite part). - The swelling, hardness, and pain have all resolved. - Even my husband noticed that clothes look different on me. Going forward, I will focus on managing the back contour and looseness, and I am deliberating whether to try some light arm exercises too. I will bring another progress update~~ If you have questions, leave a comment. Bye!
