It has already been 3 months since I got upper-arm fat-dissolving injections! At first, I was genuinely stressed because my upper arms were so huge, but after about 3 months, I can definitely tell that the contours have become much more refined. In particular, the area near my armpits and the outer upper arms have slimmed down, so my arms look much thinner than before when I wear short sleeves! I also worry much less about my upper arms when taking photos haha. At first, I was concerned about bruising and swelling, but they naturally went away over time, and now it feels like the contour has settled in nicely. I also managed my diet and did cardio, and I think doing both together definitely helped me lose weight and made my upper-arm line prettier. More than anything, once I had invested money to start, it was nice that I kept exercising consistently instead of giving up halfway lol. Now that it has been 3 months, I am so satisfied that I wonder why I deliberated so much at the beginning! For anyone stressed about upper-arm fat, I really think it is good to borrow the power of medical treatment to some degree for the upper arms haha. And now that I am satisfied with my arms, my abdomen is starting to catch my eye too haha.
