Nose Surgery Reviews

Review of [Clinic A] from this community

I consulted with the coordinator, then the surgeon, then the coordinator again. At first, both the coordinator and surgeon were very kind, and the surgeon explained things in detail. The surgeon was genuinely very kind and gave a long, easy-to-understand explanation, but I felt very bad during the final consultation with the coordinator. Since the area was my nose, I thought I needed to be especially careful and had many worries. Yet the more the consultation went on, the more she seemed frustrated with me. I said I wanted a natural result that only improved my flaws and that I did not want people to know I had surgery, but she said, “Then why get surgery?” It seemed like she said it jokingly, but I disliked how she took my needs. The biggest problem was being pressured to book the same day. Once or twice would be one thing, but she kept pressuring me. Rhinoplasty is not something to think of so lightly that you consult, book, and quickly pay a deposit all on the same day; when I said I would deliberate until the end, her previously kind tone and expression disappeared completely. With an expression like “Fine, go ahead,” she handed me the paper with the price written on it and said, “Take this with you~.” I had liked the consultation content until then, but this attitude made me lose interest immediately. It felt as though patients were seen as nothing but money.
