2-month review: abdominal liposuction + hip-dip fat grafting

It has already been two months since my surgery at [Clinic A], so I’m leaving a review! At one month, there was still swelling and BioBond, so it was difficult to judge the final result. At two months, all swelling seems to have clearly gone down. My abdomen has become much softer, and I have no discomfort at all in daily life. The part I’m most satisfied with is, of course, my abdominal line. As my lower abdomen and flanks became more contoured, my waistline became much cleaner, and I can now confidently wear fitted clothes that I previously felt burdened to wear. On the other hand, there is a slightly disappointing aspect to the hip-dip fat grafting result. Improving my hip dips was what I looked forward to most before surgery, but at this point it does not feel as filled in as I had expected, and some hip dips remain. I asked for a moderate amount rather than too much, but I wish I had just had more injected. It is smoother than before surgery, of course, but the hip dips are still visible, and from the side my hips and abdomen look uneven, which feels a little disappointing personally. However, fat survival rates differ by person, and they say it takes more time to settle completely. There may still be subtle residual swelling or tissue changes. Overall, I’m reasonably satisfied with the abdominal liposuction itself. I’m very satisfied that my waist and abdominal lines are clearly more contoured, while I wish the hip-dip fat grafting had retained a little more volume. Since they say there are still a few months until the final result, I’ll keep up my care and watch the progress, then share more detailed changes in my next review!
