Haha, hi everyone. I received a lot of help through this community and cafés, but I never thought I would be posting something like this too. After turning 30, fat accumulated especially on my upper arms and the back bulges. You know that it makes your build look bigger when you gain fat there, right? T_T Even with personal training, this area did not slim down well, so it was extremely stressful and hard. Especially when selecting the original photos after my wedding photo shoot, I had such a reality check and became genuinely worried about the wedding day… Brides these days are all slim, and I worried I would be the only one who looked bulky… T_T I deliberated a lot over arm liposuction injections because I was worried about pain, but I just went ahead and got them. Now, at one month, I really regret not doing it before the wedding photo shoot T_T. Just looking at my upper arms, I look like I have lost 5 kg already, lol. The procedure was very simple. I could return to daily activities right away, and fluid was injected into the upper arms; I was told that it contained anesthetic, so it did not hurt much. Even when the fat was extracted after anesthesia, it just felt a little strange? At first there was a slight painful feeling, but it was more like a pinching pain, not a stabbing pain, lol. Honestly, the antibiotic injection in my buttock before the procedure hurt the most, lol. So it was very tolerable… :) They worked on one arm at a time; I thought it was manageable, and once I relaxed, I got sleepy. Lying down made me even sleepier T_T. Even though I work at a hospital, I was still nervous about having a procedure myself, but it was really okay, so I hope you do not get too stressed before the procedure. It is manageable! The director was quick-handed too, so it was over in no time. Seeing the effect on my upper arms, now I want thigh fat-extraction injections too, haha……
