After surgery, I did not have significant pain or discomfort. Until day 3, there was a noticeable difference, but after day 3 it was not very different from before surgery. Many people say there is a noticeable difference starting around week 2, so I am just assuming it is swelling and waiting. I hope it goes down soon.
