Review of facial liposuction from someone who literally had two chins

<Decision to have surgery> My company took a group photo, and I had two chins T_T. It was posted on the bulletin board, which was so embarrassing; all I could see was my chin.... T_T. I knew I tended to have a severe double chin, but since other people rarely take photos of me, I had no idea it had become this bad T_T. On top of that, I have a slim build, so it felt even more pronounced....? Being slim is just my constitution, so I have never dieted in my life. I worried that dieting would only make weight come off in the wrong places, so I could not even start. So I tried procedures, and I heard that for slim people the cause of a double chin is usually the salivary glands? I got salivary-gland Botox at the standard dose plus extra, but it had no effect... lol. Next I considered InMode, but they said a type like mine might only develop hollow cheeks, so I felt discouraged, wondering whether I could never get rid of it.... lol. Looking around this community, I learned that in cases like this they create a jawline through liposuction. But facial liposuction did not seem as simple as I thought, so I realized I had to research carefully. <Consultation> 1. A place that is not excessive but delivers clear results 2. A place that provides thorough aftercare (I heard fibrosis can be severe after surgery T_T) 3. A place with extensive experience Those were the three criteria I considered when choosing a clinic. I did not care much about the surgeon's consultation style; as long as the surgery went well... lol. The surgeon at the place where I had surgery had a somewhat cool style, but clearly explained the cause and solution based on facts, which felt refreshing. Honestly, some other places pushed excessive additional procedures, so the contrast was clear. I also liked the design, so I decided right away. <Surgical result> As you can see in the photos, it came out smoothly without the unevenness I worried about. Who knew that getting rid of one double chin could make photos turn out this well... lol. I also had a slightly recessed chin, but once the volume underneath was gone, my chin looks more projected, and I like that my overall proportions feel more balanced. I was lazy and did not diligently wear my compression garment, but I went to aftercare appointments consistently, so the fibrosis disappeared quickly, and my contour and firmness are being maintained well.... Still, all of you should wear your compression garments exactly as instructed... lol^^
