Is there anyone whose bra gaps and feels loose at the top whenever they wear one? I was exactly that case... lol I had no upper-breast fullness and not even a trace of cleavage, haha. My pre-op size was 70B, but I absolutely did not look like that size. So when I consulted Dr. Jo Young-hyun at Kai, I emphasized that I wanted a full upper pole and cleavage. I also had uneven breasts and asymmetry, so it must have been difficult to correct that, but the doctor confidently said those factors would all be reflected and corrected well, which gave me confidence. And there was a reason for that confidence, lol. Because of my uneven breasts, I received 360 cc implants on the left and 330 cc on the right. Now the symmetry matches extremely well, and above all, the upper-pole fullness is amazing. I was so surprised to see cleavage when wearing a sleeveless top or bra. I am now a full C cup, and I never knew one cup size could make such a big difference. I did an inframammary incision because I did not want visible scars, and the incision seems to have healed very neatly. After about a month, the scars have faded considerably. With just a little more consistent care, I think they will look like nothing more than a breast shadow. For anyone concerned about upper-pole fullness and cleavage like I was, I recommend Kai!
