My breasts were naturally very small, so I deliberated a lot over cup size. The pain was not as severe as I expected; it only hurt a little on the day of surgery, and I think it was the least painful surgery I have had, haha. The manager was also very kind and consulted well according to my body shape and needs, so I was satisfied from beginning to end.
