Review of my first philtrum reduction, philtral dimple, and mouth-corner surgery

I had medial philtrum reduction, philtral dimple, and mouth-corner surgery at Like, which is known for philtrum reduction. It is now my first week, and I had my stitches removed. Since I am rather timid, the surgeon's style is most important to me when choosing a clinic. I had considered another hospital known for scarless reduction, but because it was a large hospital, I felt relatively pushed along. When I said I had asymmetry and a slight protruding mouth, they would sometimes say no, and especially because they had no side-profile portfolio, I hesitated.... Still, they had extensive surgical experience, so I considered it, but ultimately chose Like. Like does charge a consultation fee, but that meant I could ask questions in detail, and the surgeon was very calm, so I had no difficulty asking questions. Since I also have an underlying medical condition, communication was the most important thing. What I liked best was that there was no difficulty communicating. The surgery was not under full sedation; I could wake up intermittently to check the shape, and although groggy, I retained memories, so I liked being able to understand the surgery's progress. Some surgeons have strong personalities during consultations, you know. The surgeon at Like is definitely calmer than others and very clear. The surgery was completed safely, and the scar is not large. It is truly a scar as though the incision was made very delicately and cleanly. It is a first-generation philtrum-reduction technique, but I think it will not be very visible with good care. The surgical cost was also about 500,000 won less than at other large hospitals. The downside is... My lips are quite full, so I wanted to emphasize that and make it more glamorous, but they did not recommend lateral enlargement. I therefore did not proceed with it, but feel somewhat disappointed with the shape. Part of me felt that, since I was having surgery and going through recovery anyway, I should get it all done at once; but because they did not take risks, some regret remains about the appearance. Thinking of another surgery later to address what feels lacking is exhausting T_T haha. Anyway, their aesthetic is not particularly glamorous. Their recommendations and non-recommendations are clear, but for someone like me who wants to establish a very definite design, it can feel a little disappointing. Regarding aftercare and support, they seem not to pay much attention to things like copy-and-pasted messages; another patient's name was included in one, so it was a little funny... haha. Those small details were a little disappointing. Overall, I like the shape of my philtral dimple and philtrum reduction, but the asymmetry is not fully corrected yet. My mouth corners were raised only very slightly, so it is too natural, and although my lips are full and they did not recommend lateral enlargement, I regret not doing it. Also, they said I needed to dissolve my lip filler before surgery, but then dissolved it after surgery?? I still wonder about that... Why did they dissolve it, I thought, but I could not ask T_T.
