I am posting another review after getting incisional ptosis correction and lateral canthoplasty with lower canthoplasty from Dr. Kim Daehwa at Lowell haha! Since it was incisional, I thought the swelling would last a long time, but after a certain point it went down rapidly. I think it was a good decision to get lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty together. Overall, my eyes feel much more open and refreshed. Also, even when I opened my eyes comfortably, they used to look sleepy, but that has improved a lot, so I am satisfied! Since my eyes look bigger, doing makeup is more fun, and I am glad I got double-eyelid surgery together. At first I worried because the incision line looked somewhat dark and there was swelling, but over time the line gradually became thinner and settled in. I had seen many comments saying lateral and lower canthoplasty could close back up, so I was concerned, but now the outer corners feel naturally widened, which is nice haha. As the horizontal length became longer, I think the before-and-after difference is more noticeable. I deliberated over whether to get incisional ptosis correction together with lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty, but for me, I think it was good to do them together! haha
