I had surgery at a local clinic because of my bulbous nose, and it was a complete disaster. Well... the blunt look remained, the alae seem to have been reduced a little, but my nostrils became slightly asymmetrical T_T. It has now been over half a year since surgery, and everything has been neatly improved, from the asymmetrical nostrils that worried me to the bulbous nose that had not been corrected. It does not look overdone; it just looks naturally slimmer! And, very importantly, it does not have a pinched appearance. But it is slimmer, so I love it lol. The surgeon also made my nasal tip and bridge naturally prettier without raising them too much T_T. Thanks to the clinic's meticulous care after surgery, I recovered faster than after my first surgery, and I am wearing makeup and doing very well T_T. My revision rhinoplasty was successful, so I am unbelievably happy T_T
