First, during the consultation, I felt that the director seemed to have their own preferred nasal aesthetic (a safe, natural shape). I think it would be good if that suits you; it seemed to suit me too, which is why I consulted. They explained everything in detail and used photos and a 3D program to explain the various methods and how they wanted to proceed.
