Because I had no breasts, I used to pull in the back fat when putting on underwear just to barely create cleavage. [Doctor A] looked at the design step by step, including which implant would suit breasts with so little existing tissue like mine, and recommended the size and implant well with the postoperative result in mind haha. I had Motiva implants through an inframammary incision. Since my breasts were asymmetric, slightly different volumes were placed on each side. I used to be a 75A—not even a full A, with lots of empty upper cup space—but now I seem to fill out a C cup lol. Is it not really naturally pretty? I am amazed whenever I look at them. I admire my breasts every day... haha.
