Breast Augmentation Review~

Before surgery, when I heard 340 cc, my first thought was, “Is this too large for me...?” My breasts had originally been so small that I did not want only my breasts to suddenly stand out. I wanted upper-pole fullness and cleavage, but did not want breasts that obviously looked operated on—a slightly demanding request. I received bilateral 340 cc Motiva implants via an inframammary incision at [Clinic A]. Rather than choosing one size during the consultation and fitting it, they determined the volume after considering my rib cage, original breast shape, and asymmetry. We ultimately chose 340. But looking back now, I guess I was unnecessarily scared by the cc number alone. My breasts do not suddenly look large as I had feared; as the previously empty upper area filled out, my upper body actually looks more balanced. The frontal shape I wanted most also turned out well. Instead of spreading outward to both sides, they naturally come together in the center, with a soft U-shaped lower contour. This difference is even more visible in fitted clothes. Before, I had to somehow create volume with pads for clothes to fit reasonably well, but that step has disappeared now. It may seem minor, but it is quite convenient. The feel has become softer than at first, and I am caring for the inframammary scar with ointment. There may still be changes over time, but what I am most satisfied with now is the shape rather than the size. I started to escape having a flat chest, but in the end it feels closer to having achieved the upper-body line I wanted.
