I deliberated over breast surgery for a really long time. I had wanted it for a while, but I am such a scaredy-cat that it was not easy to make up my mind. Still, I thought that if I was going to do it, I should at least get consultations instead of only deliberating, so I started looking into it. I am 161 cm / 57 kg, and I was an A cup before surgery. I wanted a natural but clearly larger result. Size mattered, but what I personally cared about most was the feel. No matter how large they became, I would have hated them feeling too firm or artificial T_T And cleavage!! My breasts were originally set fairly far apart, so I hoped surgery would bring the cleavage together naturally! I mentioned all of this during consultations, and they answered in more detail than I expected!! Once they considered both the surgical method and shape with me, I finally felt more reassured haha It has been about two months now, and my cleavage is already really pretty T_T T_T T_T They say it often separates at first, but thankfully that did not happen to me. Every time I wear a bra or sports bra, I am happy lol The feel is exactly what I had imagined; it just feels like my own tissue!! After surgery, I consistently applied stretch-mark cream, but apart from that, I did not do anything special, just kept up with basic care lol The volume clearly increased from an A cup to a D cup, while retaining a natural look, so I am very, very, very satisfied. If you want a pretty I-line or Y-shaped cleavage, make sure to emphasize it during the consultation!!
