I had a dorsal hump—has anyone had total removal? Does [Clinic A] not rasp the hump?

It is so hard to decide. I chose [Clinic A], but I am hesitating now because I had a bony dorsal hump. If only that part were rasped down, my nose would have been smooth and fine. They said it was rasped during my first surgery and silicone was placed, but the ultrasound and CT still show that area as it was. I cannot tell whether it looks that way even after rasping or whether only silicone was placed without rasping it. [Clinic B] said that if enough remains to look unattractive, they would rasp it smooth; they would open it and decide, and total removal including septal extension would be possible. It matched my needs exactly. However, after reading through reviews, I lost confidence in the consultation. [Clinic C] was too defensive and advised against tip removal, so I ruled it out. I want total removal. [Clinic A] said total removal was possible and the consultation was good. But judging from the reviews too, it seems their focus is truly on removal, rather than opening it, assessing the situation, and shaping the nose. My original nose was low but had a decent shape aside from the protruding dorsal hump. Honestly, if they remove everything while leaving this hump, it is such a complex that I would rather not have it removed. I spoke with the consultation manager again; they said it does not look very prominent on CT and that I need not worry about a step-off, but added that the hump may remain. When I asked whether they would rasp that area, they said they would rasp it if there were a pointed part. That wording is too vague, so I cannot decide. [Clinic B] and [Clinic C] clearly said they would rasp the nasal bridge beautifully and shape it, but [Clinic A] will only confirm, “We will rasp it if it is pointed,” so it feels too ambiguous. There are not many reviews of total removal for dorsal humps, and I am so confused.
