I've finished all the legwork for my revision rhinoplasty, and I'm deliberating between these two places. Both said we should remove the silicone nasal bridge implant. When I said I wanted to raise my nasal tip more, [Clinic A] suggested using ear cartilage for the tip. [Clinic B] said my nose is not suitable for surgery, and that even with ear cartilage it could become crooked or show through, so I'm even more undecided. When I asked about a step-off after removal, [Clinic B] said they would fill it in well themselves, but I didn't get to ask during my consultation at [Clinic A]. Should I call and ask? But why on earth does [Clinic B] have no review photos???
