I originally had monolids, so I was concerned that my eyes looked closed-off and my impression was a little plain. I had long thought it would be nice to have double eyelids, but I did not want anything too obvious, so I wanted a natural result. During the surgical consultation, the doctor examined my eyes carefully and listened fully to what I wanted, which I liked. Rather than insisting on surgery, they explained a method suitable for my eyes and consulted with me so I could achieve the look I wanted, which gave me confidence! It has been about two months since surgery, and it definitely seems much more natural than at first. At first the crease looked a little awkward, but as the swelling went down it feels as if it gradually settled to suit my eyes. My eyes also look more defined than before, but not overly intense, which I like, and opening my eyes feels easier than before. These days, my eyes clearly look prettier when I put on makeup, so I am living very satisfied!!
