I had it done in June 2024, and this is my two-year review. Internal nostril incision was unfamiliar at the time, but I chose surgery because of the advantage that scars would not be visible at all. The incision is on the inner floor of the nostril, so it is completely invisible. The downside is that the effect is very, very subtle... I feel like my alar width was reduced by about 3 mm. But for me, a 3 mm reduction suited my face better than expected, so I am living happily with it haha. For those with very wide alae, I recommend the conventional internal or combined internal-external procedure...
