lol... My pre-surgery side profile was so bad that all I can do is laugh T_T My nasal bridge bone itself was thick and wide, making me look very masculine. Every time I took pictures, only my nose stood out and looked huge, which I hated. But because I had a large, wide bulbous nose, I was afraid that if surgery went wrong it would look obviously done, so I could not easily decide on cosmetic surgery T_T Still, I decided to at least go for consultations and narrowed down a few well-known places. This doctor accurately understood what I wanted and created a refined yet natural design. They carefully considered my facial proportions and nose shape haha. My bridge was already somewhat high, so I did not overdo it and used only a 1 mm silicone implant! There was not enough septal cartilage for the nasal tip, so I also used donated costal cartilage. For the width of my nasal bridge, my biggest complex, the bone beside the bridge was shaved down. It was amazing how they pinpointed every concern I had and explained the surgical plan one by one lol. After surgery, the dull-looking impression has mostly disappeared. I am satisfied because it suits my other features and does not stand out on my face. I think shaving the bone beside the bridge also played a role in softening my impression! My whole bridge looks much slimmer than before and my look has become more feminine, so lately I have been taking selfies like crazy haha
