A Pinocchio nose… After spending so much time in this community T_T, I finally made a reservation. I had planned to remove it after six months, but the more consultations I had, the more confused I became and the more my mind changed, so it took longer T_T. I changed from thinking about removing the columellar support strut and using nasal cartilage for a columellar support strut, to lowering the height and reusing autologous costal cartilage as a support strut. I thought it would not be good to keep taking cartilage, and they said that even for a support strut, the difference in surgical technique rather than the material makes a big difference in firmness. So I decided to trust them T_T. I feel relieved now that the surgery date is set, but please, please let the surgery go well…
