I had my nasal silicone implant removed and had step-offs filled with cartilage particles. I had surgery with [Doctor A] at [Clinic A]. Before surgery, perhaps because of the silicone, my nasal bridge was also slightly crooked to the side, so I was stressed every time I looked at myself from the front. After removing the silicone and filling the step-offs with cartilage particles, the stress about the shape has almost completely disappeared.
For the nasal tip, they reused the cartilage used in my first surgery. (They said they would reuse as much as possible.) I really love how nicely the tip projects when viewed from the side.
The surgery was closed, so the swelling was not severe like it looks in the photo with the tape on, and I had no trouble breathing lol.
My first surgery was seriously extremely hard, but the revision was still manageable.
After having the nasal silicone removed, I feel so relieved. I had been severely stressed out over my nose shape, and I am so happy to be free of that stress now T_T
