Nose Re-Surgery

Thinning skin causing silicone show-through > considering revision or removal

Hello. As the title says, I am considering revision surgery or removal because my skin has thinned and the silicone is showing through. Normally it is not visible, so I tried to ignore it while telling myself, “It is not capsular contracture, so let’s just live with it...” But recently, when I made an expression that pulled the skin around my nose tight(?), I could see the silicone completely as it was... I was shocked. I do not think makeup can cover it either, and I feel I really need revision surgery or removal now... My skin was thin even at the first surgery, so I was told not to raise it too much. I did not get greedy, but this still happened, so I am deliberating. Please give me advice T_T If anyone has had a similar experience, please tell me what you did as well.
